Nick Nosowenko is looking for one Thoroughbred Groom and one Thoroughbred Exercise Rider for the 2023 Racing Season at Woodbine Racetrack. (March 15, 2023 to December 15, 2023)

The Thoroughbred Groom must have at least five years' experience with Thoroughbred Racehorses, be able to detect health and lameness issues at an early stage, be able to fit individual horses with all tack and equipment used in training and racing, fit the various bandages required, oversee nutritional requirements of individual horses, race day preparation. The groom will be earning $16.93/hour based on a 44-hour work week. Bonuses of 1% on horse's 1st, 2nd and 3rd place earnings.

The Thoroughbred Exercise Rider must have at least five years' experience with Thoroughbred Racehorses, be able to teach the young horses the skills they need to race safely and effectively, maintain the conditioning on the older horses, detect any lameness issues early, suggest changes to individual horses training regime to benefit them, and clean and maintain the tack and equipment used in training and racing. The rider will be earning $22.57/ hour based upon a 33-hour work week. Bonuses of 1% on horse's 1st, 2nd and 3rd place earnings.
