| We are looking for a permanent full time Child Caregiver for our two school going children aged 4 and 10 years at our home in Mississauga, Ontario [Main intersection Burnhamthorpe & Confederation Pkwy] to take care, supervise and assume full responsibility in the absence of parents. Job Type: Permanent, full-time position Will be required to work in shifts from 6 am to 9 am and 2 pm to 7 pm Overtime: 1.5 times the wages after 44 hours per week Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. | Essential Skills | • Supervise and care for children; • Assist in bathing, dressing and feeding; • Prepare and serve meals and perform light house keeping duties like laundry, errands, changing linen etc; • Maintain a safe and healthy environment at home; • Engage the children by playing and interacting with them; • Clean and organize the children’s room and keep it safe and child friendly; • Instruct children in personal hygiene and toileting; • Keep records of day to day activities of children regarding meals, behavior etc; • Organize age appropriate games and activities for children |
