| G Cox Racing Inc. is looking for: 6 grooms needed for the 2022 Thoroughbred Racing season at Woodbine Racetrack, 555 Rexdale Blvd., Etobicoke, ON M9W 5L2. Must have at least five years experience with thoroughbred Racehorses at a Racetrack. Applicants must have knowledge of horse anatomy, physiology, and nutrition, be able to detect health and lameness problems at an early stage, apply and fit all tack, bandages, and equipment used in training and racing. Applicants must be reliable and physically fit. Start date is March 15, 2022. Salary is $17.20 gross per hour based upon a 38.5 hour work week. 3 Exercise Riders for the 2022 Thoroughbred Racing season at Woodbine Racetrack, 555 Rexdale Blvd., Etobicoke, ON M9W 5L2. Must have at least five years experience exercising Thoroughbred Racehorses at a racetrack. Applicants must have the ability to teach the young horses the skills they need to race, maintain the conditioning of the older horses, detect any lameness problems at an early stage, suggest changes to the trainer to benefit individual horse’s training regime, maintain and clean tack and equipment.
