| PSD Ventures Ltd. dba McDonald's Restaurant in Kitimat, BC is currently hiring 9 permanent full time Shift Managers - Fast Food Restaurant for its restaurant located at Unit 3 36 Highway 37, Kitimat, BC V8C 2P4. Terms: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, flexible shift schedule, 2 days flexible days off. Work shift schedule is expected to be shifts of 7.5 hours up to 8 hours, depending on the business operations. These shifts vary from early morning, afternoon and evening/night shifts. | Essential Skills | Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and potion food. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Address customer complaints and concerns. Prepare and submit reports. Supervise and check assembly of trays, Establish work schedules. |
| Experience | One year of experience as a Shift Manager or Food Service Supervisor in the Quick Service Restaurant Industry. OR 2 to 3 years as a kitchen or food service helper OR Completion of a college program in Food Service Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related discipline. Candidates must have at least ONE of these requirements. |
