No. of Positions: 1 Main Duties of the Shift Manager- Fast Food Restaurant (NOC 62020): - Overall supervision of restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely order preparation in compliance with health and safety regulations - Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare and portion food - Establish work schedules, estimate and order ingredients and supplies - Ensure food and service meet quality control standards set by the franchise corporation - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, prepare and submit reports - Establish methods to meet work schedules, - Train new or less experienced staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures - Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize customer satisfaction - May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets - Ensure adherence to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards and clean welcoming environment is maintained at all times. - Resolve complaints, handle conflicts and professionally interact with Customers | |
