| Job Duties - Prepare and cook food items. - Ensure that all dishes and recipes are made to standard. - Help oversee kitchen operations and food service areas. - Assist in the supervision and training of kitchen support staff. - Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. - Monitor, maintain and replenish inventory as needed. - May assist in menu planning. Employment Requirements - Minimum 2 years of commercial cooking experience. - Ability to work efficiently, multi-task and perform well under pressure. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - English language ability. - Completion of secondary school. Job Details - $20.00 per hour. - Permanent, full-time (at least 30 hours per week) position. - Physically demanding. - Standing for extended periods of time. - Day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
