What does it take to work for CSN - Lift Auto Group? Automotive parts experience is preferred but more than willing to train the right candidate. Collision estimating experience is an asset. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment. Valid drivers license required. Tasks: - Ensure that all insurer policies in regards to OEM, Aftermarket and used parts are followed - Receive and invoice parts in Nexsyis upon receipt - Unpackage and check all incoming parts. Inspect for accuracy and damage - Place new parts on parts cart and discard unnecessary parts and stage parts carts at stall as needed - Perform parts price changes in estimating system upon receipt of vendor invoices - Re-order parts that come in damaged, incorrect, or deficient in any way according to company procedures - Ensure that all unused parts are returned for credit and that the company receives credit in a timely manner - Maintain parts room in a clean, well organized manner - Participate in all daily office workflow meetings - Request labour credits as needed - Respond in a timely manner to requests from LAG corporate accountants - Follow up on exceptions regarding returns and labour credits | |
