| Vacancies: 1 Job Location: 3300-B6 McNicoll Ave., Scarborough, ON M1V 5J6 Duration of employment: 2 years Job Duties include: • Create and implement marketing tactics to grow sales revenue • Prepare necessary paperwork and ensure accuracy of weekly sales audit • Recruit and hire staff as per the labor need and supervise newly hired employees • Monitor all the employees performance including cashiers, warehouse and shelf stokers and encourage them for better performance • Oversee pricing and liaising with vendors • Manage and maintain inventory of the supplies and place orders for restocking merchandise in the store • Resolve the complaints with clients in regards to sales and support and make arrangements • Inform the customers about the latest promotions and flyers for weekly special deals • Educate the customers in regard to the product suitable for their requirements • Prepare weekly sales report and assist in budgeting • Monitor promotional materials and overseeing advertisements cost • Ensure all employees do comply with health and safety regulations | |
